At Righteous Felon, we stand by the quality of our jerky and want you to be completely satisfied with your haul. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate your return request.

  Verify Your Goods

  For quality control purposes, please provide a photo of the product and the packaging if you received damaged or incorrect items.

  Ship It Back

  If a return is required, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the unopened product back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement jerky immediately.
